HR & Talent Consultant

What are your responsibilities?
  • Attract and recruit talent: You are responsible for finding new talent within Life Sciences. You conduct screenings and interviews, using your negotiation skills and talent acquisition expertise to match candidates with the right projects.

  • Coordinating the selection process: Guiding candidates from the initial introduction to the contract offer, ensuring smooth communication between all parties involved.

  • Expanding the talent pool: Actively building and maintaining a strong talent network for future opportunities.

  • Supporting consultants: Keeping in regular contact, conducting evaluations and salary discussions, and supporting their career development within Pauwels Consulting.

  • Employer branding: You enjoy strengthening our employer brand, particularly for Life Sciences profiles.

Who are we looking for?
  • You preferably have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.

  • You have at least initial professional experience, preferably in Life Sciences or people/sales oriented.

  • You enjoy sourcing as much as discovering a new meteor in space.

  • You are result-oriented, a strong negotiator, and can adapt to shifting priorities and deadlines.

  • You have a keen interest in the world of pharmaceuticals and Life Sciences and stay updated on the latest trends and developments in these fields.

  • You have strong empathy, excellent listening skills, and a coaching approach that puts people at ease.

  • You have excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English.
