- Your responsibilities
Finding and attracting new talent – think of yourself as the casting director for our Life Sciences & Engineering projects: you actively search for the right profiles (via LinkedIn, job boards, networking…), call them up, pitch our projects, and leave them glad you reached out.
Screening, interviewing & connecting – you quickly sense when there’s a spark. You ask the right questions, really listen, and know when someone fits (or doesn’t).
Discussing salaries & negotiating – you’re not afraid to talk money, benefits, and expectations. No awkward silences here – just open and honest conversations.
Managing the full selection process – from that first “Hey, how are you?” to “Congrats, you got the job!” You keep communication, energy, and structure on point.
Staying connected – once a consultant gets started, you stay involved. Not just when something goes wrong, but proactively – to maintain the connection with both the consultant and the client. That’s how you help ensure smooth collaboration and build long-term relationships.
Employer branding – you’re excited to help build our employer brand and attract strong consultants who fit right in.
- Your profile
You’ve got a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree – or just loads of drive and the right mindset.
You love chatting with people and really listening to what they’re after.
You’re curious about Life Sciences & Engineering, but you don’t need to be a total expert (unless you want to be, of course).
You’re eager to learn, make mistakes, learn some more, and grow.
You think “Challenge accepted” instead of “Uh-oh, not for me.”
You’re results-driven, enjoy a good negotiation, and stay calm when priorities shift or something urgent comes up.
You work closely with Life Sciences & Engineering profiles, so staying in the loop matters to you – you ask questions, actively learn about tools, terms, and trends, and dive into what’s happening in these worlds.
You’re fluent in French and English – whether that’s at the office, via email, or during a spontaneous video call with a candidate who’s “just got a quick moment.”
