This full body workout for beginners lasts 45 minutes. It starts with a warm up and ends with a cool down, so you can give it your all in between. Both sessions are a mix of core, high intensity and muscle strengthening. After the session, you can also ask Pieter any questions about the movements or nutrition.
Our coach
Pieter Wauters, our ‘PT’ – personal trainer – has a background as a physical education teacher, with an additional specialisation in Fitness & Health. He worked for several years in fitness and as a student counsellor at a school. After following an official training ‘Personal Trainer’, he started his own business: Complete Coaching. Pieter likes to motivate us to exercise and is always ready to give us nutritional advice.
