This event is useful for you if you work within projects (with project managers, project sponsors, project clients…)
- Learn the difference between stakeholder mapping and an organization chart
- Understand how your stakeholders might help or hamper you
- Learn the different main communication methods in projects and why you might choose one above the other
Project management is not only about making sure the numbers are right but also about managing the team, the people involved and all their expectations. But who are all those people? And what is their role? Most often a project team works with a strict organization chart but that does often not include all stakeholders. But it’s often those stakeholders outside of your project organization that can make or break your project.
In this inspiration session we’ll scratch the surface of stakeholder management and communication.
Trainer Kristof Tersago has worked in projects for over 25 years.
