Overfilled mailboxes, the never-ending stream of questions and guidance, contractor vans arriving unexpectedly at your doorstep,… Most of you who have worked in projects have seen how enthusiasm at the start, changes to disillusionment and quickly changes to panic.
This course tries to provide guidance and tips on how to assure your team (or you as a team member) can remain focused on your project. We’ll talk about coming well-prepared out of the safe trenches of everyday life, how a lady from New York in the ‘30s changed views on taking responsibility and how driving tests have learned me an important lesson on maintaining focus.
