About this event

Learning goals of this training:
  • Generate awareness of the importance of Personal Leadership in developing a successful career and a fulfilling life
  • Learn to determine your own direction for further personal development
  • Learn to translate this direction into action so you become great at independent Personal Leadership
The major goal of the training is to engage you (or further engage you) into your own Personal Leadership Journey. To accomplish this, the first part of the training focuses on where you stand today in your Journey, and where to go next. The second part focusses on how to get there. The tools we use during the first part are the Leadership Circle (incl. self-assessment) and the Mindset Continuum. The tool for the second part is the Compound Method (incl. determination of your personal values and initiation of your Personal Action Plan).

Teacher Biography

Michael Houben is founder of MACH 8. He has a Doctorate in Engineering with 15 years of professional experience of which 10 years in Leadership and People Management.
