Our client, a leading organization in the energy and utilities sector, is looking for a specialist to operationalize their corporate portfolio office. This role focuses on embedding portfolio governance, prioritization processes, and execution discipline across the organization to improve the delivery of strategic initiatives.
Responsabilités
- Implement and operationalize enterprise portfolio governance frameworks and decision-making processes.
- Translate governance principles into practical workflows, templates, and routines for consistent application.
- Manage structured demand intake processes and ensure the application of prioritization criteria.
- Integrate financial governance, investment tracking, and capacity planning into a coherent operating model.
- Establish performance tracking and reporting mechanisms to provide visibility on portfolio-level investments.
- Drive the adoption of portfolio management tools and standardized reporting practices across the organization.
- Facilitate alignment between strategy, finance, and IT to bridge governance expectations with operational realities.
Exigences
- 7+ years of experience in portfolio management, transformation, or governance roles in complex environments.
- 5+ years leading enterprise-wide transformation and governance implementation initiatives.
- 5+ years of experience in shaping and embedding portfolio governance frameworks.
- Proven experience in demand management, portfolio prioritization, and capacity management.
- Strong ability to translate strategic objectives into executive-level decision support materials.
- Excellent coordination skills for managing multiple stakeholders in complex organizational settings.
- You possess a Master’s degree or equivalent through experience.
- You are fluent in English with fluent knowledge of French or Dutch and a B2 level in the other national language.
Nice to Haves
- Experience establishing, transforming, or maturing a Portfolio Office or EPMO.
- Background in strategy definition or strategy-to-execution alignment.
- Familiarity with portfolio methodologies such as PMI, PRINCE2, SAFe, or PM².
- Knowledge of portfolio management tools like Planview or Clarity PPM.
- Experience working in the energy sector or highly regulated environments.
