Engineering Project Manager (Automation)

Our client, a leading player in the medical device sector, is looking for a Senior Industrialisation Engineer. This role focuses on the optimization and automation of manufacturing processes to support production growth while ensuring strict regulatory compliance.

• Lead complex industrialization projects to enhance manufacturing processes and improve production consistency.
• Define technical specifications for automation equipment and manage external supplier selection and validation.
• Drive the development and validation of new automated processes from pilot phase to full-scale industrialization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align automation strategies with production and quality objectives.
• Optimize industrial flows and layouts to increase efficiency and reduce waste within controlled environments.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers within the industrialization team.

• You have a Master’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering.
• You bring 8+ years of relevant experience in industrial engineering within the medical device industry or pharmaceutical industry
• You possess proven expertise in Project Management and industrial automation.
• Ideally, you have a deep understanding of ISO 13485, or at least of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• You're proactive with strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• You are fluent in French and English.

• Experience with CAD software such as SolidWorks.
• Basic knowledge of Lean manufacturing tools and principles.
