Senior SAP BC Basis Solution Architect – Enterprise Systems & S/4HANA

Our client, a major organization in the transport and infrastructure sector, is seeking an expert for the autonomous management of complex, mission-critical SAP landscapes. The project involves maintaining a state-of-the-art environment including S/4HANA, BW/4HANA, and various cloud-integrated technologies.

• Manage the full lifecycle and 24/7 support of multi-tier SAP landscapes including S/4HANA, BW/4HANA, and BTP.
• Execute technical S/4HANA transformations and migrations using SUM with DMO and post-migration optimizations.
• Oversee HANA database management including installations, upgrades, performance tuning, and system replication.
• Perform complex OS/DB migrations across heterogeneous platforms including Unix, Linux, and Windows.
• Implement robust security frameworks using GRC, SSO, and SSL/TLS across on-premise and cloud systems.
• Conduct advanced root cause analysis and proactive monitoring using Solution Manager and CCMS.
• Collaborate with technical teams to optimize system sizing, capacity planning, and disaster recovery strategies.

• You have 20+ years of proven experience in SAP BC management within complex global enterprise environments.
• You possess 15+ years of expert knowledge in SAP Security, SSO Integration, SNC, and SAML2.
• You have 15+ years of certified experience in OS/DB Migrations and heterogeneous platform relocations.
• You bring 15+ years of experience managing RHEL, SUSE, AIX, Linux, and Windows operating systems.
• You have 15+ years of expertise in S/4HANA conversions, SUM optimizations, and functional troubleshooting.
• You possess 15+ years of experience with HANA databases, HANA Cockpit, and multi-tier system replication.
• You are certified in Root Cause Analysis for ABAP/JAVA and have 15+ years of experience in network analysis.
• You have 5+ years of experience with HANA Cloud Security, SAP BTP, SAC, and Cloud Connector.
• You are a professional, stress-resistant communicator with strong presentation skills and a solution-oriented attitude.
• You are fluent in English with C2-level proficiency in Dutch or French and B2-level knowledge of the other.

Nice to Haves

• Experience with Solution Manager components including Diagnostics, CTS+, and CHARM.
• Practical knowledge of EWM, PI/PO interfaces, and MDG.
• Technical familiarity with Web Dispatcher and NWDI.
• Willingness to obtain additional SAP certifications in cloud-native technologies.
