Senior L&D Designer

Our client is a prominent organization in the energy sector focused on building a sustainable and reliable infrastructure. This role involves the design and creation of engaging, impactful learning activities to address skill gaps and support organizational success through professional development.

• Design and implement blended learning tracks, including classroom and digital formats, aligned with business priorities.
• Translate learning needs analyses and identified skill gaps into clear learning objectives and structured paths.
• Determine appropriate learning formats by balancing internal content development with the integration of external solutions.
• Safeguard didactic quality, coherence, and learner engagement across all learning solutions.
• Monitor learning progress and contribute to the evaluation of training effectiveness and impact.
• Ensure alignment between local initiatives and broader organizational offerings to prevent fragmentation.
• Act as a bridge between strategic priorities and operational execution.

• You have 7+ years of experience in designing blended learning journeys including classroom, digital, and mobile learning.
• You possess strong instructional design and didactic skills for both digital and physical environments.
• You bring expertise in project management, communication, and change management concepts and tools.
• You have experience working within large, complex organizations with multiple stakeholder groups.
• You are a proactive team player with strong organizational skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
• You are fluent in Dutch, French, and English.

Nice to Haves

• Experience as an administrator for a Learning Management System (LMS) such as SAP SuccessFactors.
• Ability to operate effectively at both strategic and operational levels.
