Test Manager – Azure DevOps & Quality Assurance

Our client, a prominent organization in the insurance sector, is seeking a Test Manager to lead and coordinate testing activities across a portfolio of projects. The role focuses on defining test strategies, managing execution phases, and ensuring high-quality delivery through structured defect management and stakeholder reporting.

• Define and implement comprehensive test strategies and plans for major projects.
• Coordinate and oversee all testing phases to ensure alignment with business and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor test execution and analyze results to report on quality metrics and potential risks.
• Facilitate defect management and ensure the timely resolution of identified issues.
• Communicate testing progress and strategic recommendations to stakeholders through structured reporting.
• Drive the continuous improvement of testing processes, methodologies, and quality standards.

• You have 5+ years of experience in software testing and test management.
• You possess 5+ years of experience using Azure DevOps for test case preparation, execution, and defect management.
• You hold an ISTQB Foundation certification.
• You have experience working within Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• You bring strong leadership, analytical, and organizational abilities to coordinate complex testing activities.
• You are proactive, solution-oriented, and able to communicate clearly with diverse project teams.
• You are fluent in English.

Nice to Haves

• Up to 2 years of experience using Power BI for data-driven reporting.
• Functional knowledge of the Insurance sector.
• Knowledge of Dutch and French.
