Technical Analyst – Java & Enterprise Integration

Our client, a prominent provider of payroll and HR solutions, is looking for a Technical Analyst to join an Agile delivery team. The role focuses on the full application lifecycle, from functional analysis to development support and production deployment for modern web solutions.

• Analyze functional requirements and translate them into scalable technical designs.
• Design and support the development of applications using Java and Spring Boot.
• Ensure quality and performance through functional and technical testing activities.
• Support application deployment across multiple environments and coordinate release activities.
• Design and integrate RESTful services using REST APIs within enterprise systems.
• Bridge modern technologies with legacy systems, ensuring reliable integrations.
• Provide technical guidance to development teams and ensure adherence to development standards.
• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies including refinement sessions, sprint planning, and reviews.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipeline implementation and automation.
• Maintain and evolve application architecture according to modern software engineering practices.

• You have a minimum of 4 years of experience in technical analysis translating functional requirements into technical solutions.
• You have at least 4 years of experience with Java development in enterprise environments.
• You have at least 3 years of experience with Spring Boot and RESTful services.
• You have strong experience designing and integrating REST APIs.
• You have experience working with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure.
• You have experience implementing CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub or Azure DevOps.
• You have strong experience with Git for version control and collaborative development.
• You have experience with JPA data modeling and relational databases such as SQL Server.
• You have strong understanding of software architecture principles including layered and modular design.
• You have experience working in Agile teams using Scrum methodologies.
• You are fluent in Dutch and have working knowledge of French and English.

Nice to Haves

• Experience with COBOL for legacy system integrations.
• Experience as a Scrum Master.
• Experience collaborating with UX design teams.
