Our client, a major organization in the transportation sector, is looking for an expert to lead the technical evolution of their customer relationship management landscape. This role involves bridging the gap between functional requirements and technical implementations while ensuring day-to-day excellence in application support and architectural consistency.
Responsabilités
- Translate functional requirements into detailed technical specifications and architectural designs in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Develop and customize SAP CRM and related applications to meet evolving business needs.
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of new features, change requests, and technical bug fixes.
- Maintain and optimize interfaces between legacy applications using SAP CPI and SAP IDOC.
- Analyze and diagnose platform issues to design and implement sustainable technical solutions.
- Act as a key technical point of contact for enterprise architects to ensure system alignment.
- Contribute to the continuous technical improvement and consolidation of the existing application platform.
Exigences
- You have 8+ years of project experience in the SAP CRM module, including BSP components workbench, BOL/GENIL, and upgrade transactions.
- You bring 5+ years of experience in SAPUI5 and SAP Fiori development.
- You possess extensive knowledge of ABAP, including ABAP Workbench, ABAP OO, Workflow, IDOC, ALV Grid, and ABAP WebDynpro.
- You have proven experience with SAP data services, including Web Services and oData, alongside SOAP, XML, JSON, and REST protocols.
- You're experienced with ADT (Eclipse) for development tasks.
- You have a deep understanding of best practices for writing reusable and high-quality code.
- You bring a strong analytical mindset to identify root causes and provide quick, effective solutions.
- You are proactive and solution-oriented with a focus on stakeholder engagement and clear communication.
- You are fluent in English and have a professional level of French or Dutch.
Nice to Haves
- Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA environments.
- Experience in people management or coaching within multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong grasp of CRM and related business processes.
