Senior .NET Developer – Azure & Web API

Our client, a prominent organization in the transportation sector, is looking for an experienced developer to take ownership of designing and building high-quality software solutions. This role involves translating business ideas into reliable applications within a complex functional domain while ensuring maintainable and well-tested code.

• Design and develop secure, performant .NET Core Web APIs and software solutions.
• Collaborate with solution designers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical implementations.
• Take full ownership of the end-to-end delivery of complete software solutions.
• Implement and maintain code quality using Clean Code, Clean Architecture, and SOLID principles.
• Integrate backend APIs and handle offline/online data synchronization for mobile applications.
• Set up and manage robust CI/CD pipelines and containerized deployments.
• Contribute to the team's growth through knowledge sharing and a constructive professional attitude.

• 8+ years of experience in .NET development, including LINQ, async/await, and security practices.
• 3+ years of experience with .NET Core Web API design and development.
• 3+ years of experience in Azure Cloud development, leveraging PaaS and event-driven patterns.
• Proven experience with Unit Testing, Clean Code, Clean Architecture, and SOLID principles across multiple projects.
• Professional experience with SQL and relational database design and optimization.
• Practical knowledge of Git and version control branching strategies.
• You are proactive, show initiative, and can work independently with a strong sense of ownership.
• You're calm and respectful in interactions with strong communication skills.
• You are fluent in English (C1) with C2 level proficiency in Dutch or French.

Nice to Haves

• Experience with CI/CD and Azure DevOps pipelines.
• Knowledge of containerized deployments using Kubernetes and Docker.
• Familiarity with Android application integration and local persistence synchronization.
