Launch Excellence Project Engineer

• Manage validation documentation and support for formulation, filling, shipping, and packaging processes.
• Execute and document urgent quality investigations to ensure continuous compliance.
• Perform comprehensive risk assessments and define appropriate mitigation measures.
• Support and implement process and system changes related to new product introduction.
• Provide overall project management, including planning, coordination, and issue resolution.
• Report on project progress and align activities with organizational goals.

• You possess a Master’s degree in Bio-engineering, Pharmacy, Biochemistry, or Biotechnology.
• You bring 3+ years of experience in a GMP environment with a focus on risk assessment and validation processes.
• You have a proven track record in executing validation projects and managing project coordination.
• You possess strong analytical skills, an organized work approach, and a high level of quality consciousness.
• You're a proactive team player with excellent technical writing skills and a results-oriented mindset.
• You are fluent in Dutch with a good knowledge of English.
