Expert Change Manager – Data Strategy & Transformation

Our client is seeking an Expert Change Manager to shape, guide, and anchor transformations within their data domain. This role bridges the gap between strategic objectives and operational changes, supporting the organization in embracing new methodologies, processes, and technologies.

• Analyze and refine the data strategy to ensure alignment with broader organizational goals.
• Evaluate organizational maturity to identify structural, process, and competency requirements.
• Develop competency matrices for data profiles and guide employees through professional growth paths.
• Lead change initiatives for data platform transitions, data quality programs, and governance implementations.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement and foster adoption through workshops, coaching, and training.
• Monitor transformation success using KPIs related to adoption, maturity, and team effectiveness.

• 8+ years of experience in Change Management.
• Experience leading complex transformations within data-driven environments involving Data Architecture and Modern Data Technologies.
• In-depth knowledge of Incident and Change Management processes.
• Proven track record with the ADKAR change model.
• Expertise in defining skillsets and organizational structures for data teams.
• You possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
• You are fluent in Dutch at a C2 level.

Nice to Haves

• Experience with Data Governance and Asset Management.
• Advanced practice or certification in ADKAR Prosci.
• Proven ability to develop a long-term vision for the evolution of data capacities.
• Previous experience facilitating data quality programs or platform migrations.
