Reporting Portfolio Coordinator – Transversal Data & BI

Our client, a leading organization in the national infrastructure sector, is seeking a Reporting Portfolio Coordinator to oversee complex data and BI initiatives. The role involves managing a diverse reporting portfolio and ensuring high-quality, decision-driven insights are delivered across the business.

• Coordinate transversal reporting and KPI initiatives within a complex data environment.
• Maintain a comprehensive overview of the data and reporting project portfolio.
• Manage planning and prioritization to ensure timely delivery of data solutions.
• Monitor the quality of deliverables and enforce adherence to reporting standards.
• Act as the primary bridge between business stakeholders and technical BI teams.
• Ensure the production of consistent, reliable, and decision-oriented reporting.

• You have 5+ years of experience in Data, BI, and Reporting environments focusing on ELT, Data Lakes, and Data Warehouses.
• You bring 5+ years of hands-on experience with Power BI for enterprise reporting.
• You possess 5+ years managing data portfolios, transversal KPI initiatives, and end-to-end planning.
• You have 5+ years working within ecosystems such as Microsoft, SAP, Elastic, Cloudera, Postgres, or SAS.
• You bring 5+ years in quality management, including quality control of deliverables and documentation.
• You possess 5+ years of stakeholder management and communication within a transversal context.
• You have experience with MS Fabric.
• You're professional and reliable with strong presentation skills and organizational insight.
• You are fluent in Dutch or French (C1) with a professional level of English (B2).
