Regional Stakeholder Manager – Telecom & Utilities

Our client, a leading organization in the telecommunications and infrastructure sector, is looking for a dedicated professional to manage regional stakeholder relationships. This role serves as the primary liaison between the organization and external entities such as local governments, utility providers, and engineering firms. The focus is on end-to-end project coordination, financial reporting, and maintaining strong communal ties within the assigned region.

• Maintain proactive relationships with cities, municipalities, and local authorities.
• Represent the organization as a primary ambassador during stakeholder and utility company meetings.
• Coordinate projects end-to-end, ensuring seamless collaboration with external partners.
• Analyze and follow up on regional synergy requests and stakeholder complaints.
• Execute financial post-calculations, project reporting, and performance analysis.
• Lead weekly meetings with relevant stakeholders to ensure operational alignment.

• 3+ years of experience in a similar stakeholder management or project coordination role within the telecom or utility sector.
• You possess a valid Driver's License B and are willing to travel frequently within the region.
• You bring strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently under pressure.
• You have an analytical mindset and the assertiveness to formulate structural improvements.
• You are a proactive learner who takes initiative and demonstrates a high level of professional maturity.
• You are fluent in Dutch.

Nice to Haves

• Experience with coax or fiber networks.
• Previous experience in leadership or people management roles.
• Knowledge of English or French.

• Working model: Hybrid with mandatory onsite presence on Thursdays in Herentals
• Contract: No Freelancer, only employee.
