Senior AI Project Manager – Data & Innovation

Our client, a leading federation in the legal services sector, is seeking a Senior AI Project Manager to spearhead high-impact, innovative initiatives. This role focuses on identifying business opportunities where artificial intelligence can drive value and managing the end-to-end delivery of technological solutions.

• Identify business opportunities where AI can bring value to the sector in collaboration with domain experts.
• Monitor technological developments in AI and translate them into concrete, actionable business solutions.
• Develop detailed action plans, manage project timelines, and implement robust risk mitigation strategies.
• Communicate project progress and technical insights clearly to audiences ranging from C-level executives to technical experts.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary stakeholders, including legal experts, data scientists, and developers.
• Resolve project blockers and manage the balance between direct intervention and delegation.

• You have 8+ years of experience in IT Project Management.
• You bring 5+ years of experience managing Data Projects and large-scale technological implementations.
• You possess 5+ years of experience in Stakeholder Management across executive, technical, and business domains.
• You have 1+ years of experience or functional knowledge in the field of Artificial Intelligence.
• You're proficient in translating complex business needs into functional technical requirements.
• You possess strong critical thinking, organizational skills, and a proactive, hands-on mindset.
• You are fluent in English with native or bilingual proficiency in Dutch or French.
