Project Manager – Asset Management & Utility Data Platforms

Our client, a prominent organization in the energy and utility sector, is seeking an experienced professional to lead key initiatives within asset management and grid operations. The role focuses on coordinating data exchange platforms and digital workplace solutions to optimize collaboration with external utility partners and contractors.

• Lead and guide multiple project initiatives within the domains of asset management and field operations.
• Coordinate the setup of a data exchange project to facilitate seamless information sharing with external partner platforms.
• Manage the implementation and adoption of a digital exchange platform for collaborative document management.
• Direct and support teams of business and functional analysts to ensure project alignment with technical requirements.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to align project goals and ensure synergy across utility partners.
• Monitor project progress using standard methodologies to deliver optimized operational workflows.

• You have 5+ years of experience in leading and guiding complex projects.
• You possess deep knowledge of project management methodologies such as Prince2 or PMBOK.
• You bring experience in managing and directing business analysts and functional analysts.
• You have a proven track record in stakeholder management within multi-partner environments.
• You possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical or engineering field.
• You're recognized for your strong communicative and analytical skills.
• You are fluent in Dutch at a C2 level.

Nice to Haves

• Experience within the energy sector or utilities.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Possession of a Master's degree in engineering or a technical field.
• Valid Prince2 certification.
