Logistics Data Project Coordinator

Our client, a leading global pharmaceutical company, is looking for a Logistics Data Project Coordinator to drive the optimization of their supply chain reporting landscape. This role focuses on consolidating data platforms and transitioning towards advanced predictive analytics to enhance logistics performance.

• Coordinate the optimization and consolidation of logistics reports and KPIs onto a centralized digital platform.
• Lead the transition from descriptive and diagnostic reporting toward more predictive and prescriptive analytics.
• Manage collaboration between technical development teams, external suppliers, and internal business stakeholders using project methodologies.
• Oversee the migration of supply chain data to external partner systems to ensure a unified and efficient data source.
• Define and implement process improvements for document automation in close collaboration with technical teams.
• Establish appropriate project governance and prepare reporting materials for senior management reviews.
• Support routine business-as-usual activities within the global logistics organization.

• You possess a Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, Business Engineering, or a related field.
• You bring 3+ years of experience in project management or data coordination within a global logistics or supply chain environment.
• You have expertise in logistics analytics and reporting systems, including a deep understanding of data structures and SAP.
• You possess experience with process automation technologies such as BOT and document automation workflows.
• You're a proactive communicator with the ability to influence technical and business stakeholders to achieve project goals.
• You are fluent in English.
