Senior Project Manager – SAP S/4HANA & Supply Chain

Our client, a major player in the transportation and mobility sector, is undertaking a large-scale digital transformation of its core business processes. A Senior Project Manager is needed to drive the successful delivery of an SAP S/4HANA implementation program, specifically focused on supply chain management and complex system integrations.

• Lead project delivery from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with business goals and quality standards.
• Define project scope and deliverables while managing budgets and communication documentation following standard frameworks.
• Coordinate closely with system integrators and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of supply chain solutions.
• Manage the functional integration between legacy systems and the new platform, including stockroom management and warehouse site go-lives.
• Identify potential risks throughout the project lifecycle and execute appropriate mitigation plans.
• Utilize project management and collaboration tools to facilitate coordination meetings and maintain process documentation.
• Steer the solution design towards clean core principles to ensure a sustainable enterprise architecture.

• 10+ years of project management experience specifically within SAP environments.
• 8+ years of expertise in SAP Supply Chain and warehousing projects.
• You possess a proven track record of delivering at least 2 full life cycle SAP SCM implementations.
• You bring extensive experience with system integration between SAP ECC and S/4HANA on a functional level.
• You have solid knowledge of IT management methodologies such as ITIL or IT4IT.
• You're proficient in using project management and documentation tools including Jira, Confluence, and ARIS BPMN.
• You're able to steer, influence, and cooperate effectively with business units, external consortia, and technical teams.
• You are fluent in Dutch or French at a C1 level with at least B2 level proficiency in English and the other national language.

Nice to Haves

• Functional knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Stockroom Management and SAP WM.
• Knowledge of integration with PM, PP, or PS modules within a mobility context.
• Experience with SAP mobile devices in warehouse environments or Kardex tower integrations.
• Professional background as an SAP SCM consultant.
• Experience participating in change management via ADKAR and SAP Activate methodologies.
