Product Manager Core HR – SAP SuccessFactors & HRIS

Our client, a major transportation and infrastructure hub, is seeking a Product Manager Core HR to strengthen their corporate services team. This role focuses on the development, optimization, and management of various HR applications, bridging the gap between technical expertise and functional analysis. The position involves balancing daily operational support with the implementation of new functionalities and strategic projects.

• Manage the daily operations of HR applications, including incident, problem, and change management.
• Lead functional and requirements analysis to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Execute hands-on configuration of SAP SuccessFactors, specifically within Employee Central and Onboarding modules.
• Coordinate with external support partners and act as a technical lead for smaller system implementations.
• Design and maintain technical documentation while providing training and support to end-users.
• Optimize system integrations between the core HR platform and IAM or workforce planning tools.

• 5+ years of experience within ICT, specifically focused on HRIS and HR applications.
• 3+ years of hands-on implementation and configuration experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Onboarding.
• You possess deep knowledge of the SuccessFactors Data Framework and Application Lifecycle Management.
• You bring experience in functional analysis, business case development, and requirements engineering.
• You are proactive with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• You are fluent in English with excellent knowledge of Dutch or French.

Nice to Haves

• SAP SuccessFactors certification.
• Experience with SailPoint (IAM), Attentia, Planpoint, or Learning Management Systems.
• Experience as a Technical Lead or ICT Project Coordinator.
• Willingness to obtain additional SuccessFactors certifications.
