Senior Technical Product Owner – Workplace & Microsoft 365

Our client, a leading organization in the HR services sector, is looking for a strategic leader to take ownership of their workplace and employee productivity platform. This role focuses on defining a clear roadmap and professionalizing the technology offering to ensure a seamless digital experience for all internal users.

• Establish end-to-end ownership over the workplace and employee productivity platform and its strategic direction.
• Develop and maintain a clear product roadmap and translate business needs into a prioritized backlog.
• Justify technical choices through business cases, budget management, and risk assessments for relevant stakeholders.
• Manage the lifecycle of hardware and software including Windows 11 migrations and device standards.
• Oversee the integration and adoption of AI-native tools and Microsoft 365 productivity features.
• Lead technical specialists and analysts to deliver cohesive solutions for endpoint management, security, and hardware.
• Collaborate with the platform council and CTO to manage dependencies across various technology domains.

• You have 8+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Platform Owner, or Service Owner within a workplace or Microsoft 365 environment.
• You bring expert knowledge of endpoint management, identity, and security within a workplace context.
• You possess a proven track record in managing hardware lifecycle refreshes and defining hardware standards in large-scale environments.
• You bring extensive experience in developing and defending roadmaps, business cases, and financial budgets.
• You possess a strong background in technical leadership with the ability to bridge the gap between engineers and stakeholders.
• You're proactive and results-oriented with the capacity to establish structure and direction independently.
• You are fluent in Dutch with a good knowledge of English.

Nice to Haves

• Concrete experience with Microsoft Intune and macOS management in enterprise settings.
• Knowledge of hardware standards for AI workloads and Copilot adoption strategies.
• Experience in organizations transitioning from project-based to product-led platform models.
• Background in coaching or mentoring technical analysts and engineers.
