Senior ICT Project Manager – SAP & Logistics

Our client, a major independent energy infrastructure group, is seeking a project leader to support its digital transformation. This role focuses on managing ICT projects within a complex logistics and procurement environment to ensure sustainable energy solutions.

• Drive the end-to-end follow-up of multiple ICT projects, particularly those integrated with SAP systems.
• Coordinate and direct team members in both project-specific and ongoing support tasks.
• Develop and manage detailed project planning, addressing gaps, and assessing impact on business operations.
• Lead workshops, present preferred solutions to user groups, and build Proof of Concepts (POCs) when required.
• Oversee the full testing cycle including unit, system, integration, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Coordinate technical documentation, key-user training, and issue resolution during testing and go-live phases.

• You bring 5+ years of experience in ICT Project Management.
• You possess strong knowledge of SAP processes and integration.
• You have a solid understanding of logistics, procurement, and maintenance functional processes.
• You are fluent in Dutch and French with a strong written command of English.
• You possess excellent communication skills to actively listen to and interpret stakeholder needs.
• You're a pragmatic team player with an improvement-oriented mindset and the ability to work diplomatically.

Nice to Haves

• Knowledge of S/4HANA.
• Project management certifications such as Prince2 or PMBOK.
• Experience organizing and coordinating technical workshops.
