Senior Functional Analyst – Digital Leads & Data Platforms

Our client, a prominent organization in the banking and insurance sector, is seeking a Senior Functional Analyst to drive the technical-functional design of their leads framework. This role focuses on translating commercial requirements into scalable data-driven solutions within a cloud-based environment.

• Manage the planning and execution of functional analysis for information systems and lead frameworks.
• Translate business requirements into robust IT solutions and data-driven functional designs.
• Evaluate service requests to determine feasibility, resource needs, and project time estimates.
• Collaborate with engineers and architects to design efficient lead journeys and data pipelines.
• Drive system enhancements and resolve complex problems within existing information systems.
• Act as a subject matter expert for lead flows, providing technical-functional leadership to the project team.

• You possess 8+ years of experience in functional design and analysis within the banking or insurance industry.
• You bring experience with Apache Spark and PySpark for distributed data processing and pipeline management.
• You have experience working with Adobe Campaign and digital lead flow optimization.
• You have knowledge of Python and its application within cloud-based architectures.
• You're experienced in working within a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environment.
• You possess strong analytical thinking, conceptual problem-solving skills, and a proactive mindset.
• You are fluent in Dutch and English.
