SAP SD Functional Analyst – S/4HANA & Order-to-Cash Rollouts

Our client, a global leader in the industrial sector, is looking for a functional specialist to manage the Sales & Distribution components of an international template rollout. The role ensures that sales orders, pricing, deliveries, and billing processes are harmonized across new jurisdictions while maintaining global design integrity.

• Configure and deploy end-to-end SAP SD processes including order types, delivery processing, and billing within the global template scope.
• Align pricing procedures and condition techniques with the global template while managing specific local requirements.
• Manage integration points between SAP SD, SAP FI, and SAP MM to ensure stable order-to-cash flows.
• Handle international sales flow complexities such as VAT determination, intra-community trade, and export scenarios.
• Conduct fit-gap analyses with local stakeholders to translate business needs into template-compatible solutions.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by preparing scenarios, coaching key users, and resolving defects.
• Provide hypercare support post-go-live and document configuration decisions for the support teams.

• You have 3+ years of experience as an SAP SD Functional Analyst with full-cycle configuration experience in Order-to-Cash.
• You bring functional knowledge of sales processes including order management, pricing, and credit management.
• You possess expertise in international sales flows and VAT determination for intra-community and export scenarios.
• You have experience contributing to large-scale international SAP rollouts or template deployment programs.
• You're familiar with integration points between SAP SD, SAP FI, and SAP MM.
• You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Engineering, Information Management, or a related field.
• You're analytical, pragmatic, and comfortable working in a multi-cultural environment.
• You are fluent in Dutch and English.

Nice to Haves

• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA rollouts.
• Exposure to SAP Document and Reporting Compliance (DRC) for e-invoicing.
• Familiarity with SAP GTS, SAP EWM, or SAP TM integration.
• Previous experience with rollouts in the EMEA region.
• Knowledge of logistics or automotive sales processes.
