Construction Manager

Our client is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the installation of industrial equipment at a project site. The role focuses on coordinating on-site activities and ensuring compliance with safety standards while managing various stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

• Act as the primary on-site representative during industrial equipment installation activities.
• Coordinate the logistics and handling of mechanical and electrical equipment and materials.
• Ensure all site activities strictly adhere to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Supervise and coordinate subcontractors and technical installation teams to meet project goals.
• Monitor installation progress and proactively address potential delays to maintain project timelines.
• Conduct regular coordination meetings with customer representatives and project stakeholders.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, site reports, and records of progress and risks.

• You have relevant experience as a Site Manager or Site Supervisor within industrial projects.
• You bring experience in coordinating equipment installation and commissioning activities at industrial sites.
• You possess the ability to manage subcontractors and multiple stakeholders in a complex project environment.
• You have a strong understanding of Health, Safety & Environment (HSE/OHS) requirements.
• You're capable of managing site logistics and resource planning for installation activities.
• You're proactive with strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• You are fluent in French or Dutch with a good command of English.

Nice to Haves

• Experience in the Food Processing, Pharmaceutical, or other regulated manufacturing environments.
• Knowledge of hygienic installation requirements, including piping systems and welding standards.
• Previous experience with industrial machinery installation projects.
