Medior Project Manager - Engineering Projects

• Define project scope and specific deliverables in close consultation with internal stakeholders.
• Assemble and lead multidisciplinary project teams to ensure successful project realization.
• Manage the technical design of the entire project and prepare specifications for tender documents.
• Select and oversee internal resources, engineering firms, and external contractors.
• Monitor and direct project constraints including budget, planning, and resource allocation.
• Maintain consistent contact with clients to assess and implement scope changes.
• Report project status and milestones to stakeholders and higher management.

• You have a Master or Bachelor degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• You bring 3+ years of experience in end-to-end project management within a process industry environment.
• You possess strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools like MS Project.
• You have a broad technical background in disciplines such as Mechanics, Electricity, Piping, and Civil engineering.
• You bring a valid VCA-VOL certification.
• You are a communicative team player with strong analytical skills and a solution-oriented approach.
• You are fluent in Dutch with a very good knowledge of English.

• Experience managing technical projects with budgets ranging from 100K to 5M Euro.
