Responsabilités
- Define project scope and deliverables in consultation with internal stakeholders.
- Assemble and lead multidisciplinary project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Oversee the technical design and engineering specifications for industrial projects.
- Prepare tender documents and manage the selection of engineering firms and contractors.
- Monitor internal and external resources to ensure compliance with budget and planning constraints.
- Report project progress and scope changes regularly to various stakeholders.
Exigences
- You have 10+ years of experience as a Project Manager with end-to-end responsibility for industrial projects.
- You possess 7+ years of experience as a (Project) Engineer in Mechanical, Electrical, Piping, or Civil engineering.
- You bring 5+ years of experience using MS Project for project management and planning.
- You have a strong background in the process industry and an academic thinking level.
- You possess a valid VCA-VOL certification.
- You are a proactive leader with excellent administrative reporting and communication skills.
- You are fluent in Dutch and English.
Nice to Haves
- Technical knowledge of Electromechanics or Chemistry.
- Willingness to travel internationally for project-specific needs.
