QA

The role goes beyond execution: it involves building, shaping, and structuring the function, including governance, processes, and ways of working.

The QA Scheduler acts as a key interface between Quality and Supply Chain, ensuring that quality-related activities do not delay product release.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate Supply Chain release plans into a clear and actionable QA schedule
• Monitor and follow up on:
  • Deviations
  • Change controls
  • Quality documentation updates

• Coordinate QA stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of blockers

• Align priorities between Quality and Supply Chain when conflicts arise

• Track progress, identify risks or delays, and escalate when needed

• Communicate updated release timelines to Supply Chain

• Contribute to the design and continuous improvement of QA scheduling processes and tools

• Drive discussions and problem-solving in a dynamic environment

Profile & Requirements

Must-have

• Fluent in English
• Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills
• Ability to work autonomously in a newly created and evolving role
• Assertiveness and confidence to challenge priorities
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
• Good understanding of Quality topics (deviations, change control, release constraints)

Experience

• Ideally 5+ years of experience, but flexible
• Open to both senior and junior profiles with:
  • Strong professional maturity
  • Confidence and influencing skills
  • Ability to work independently

Nice to have

• Pharmaceutical industry experience
• Background in Quality and/or Supply Chain
• French language skills
• Experience in change management or process building
• Familiarity with digital or scheduling tools
