Our client, a leading public sector organization, is currently modernizing its digital infrastructure through a major transformation program. The role focuses on bridging the gap between business needs and technical implementation to optimize internal processes and workflows.
Responsabilités
- Analyze and document business processes and user requirements to support digital transformation.
- Translate identified needs into detailed functional IT solutions and specifications.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify improvements and process optimizations.
- Define target processes and establish clear acceptance criteria for project success.
- Create comprehensive documentation that serves as a foundation for technical teams.
- Maintain regular communication between business analysts, users, and technical developers.
Exigences
- 5+ years experience as a functional analyst within complex and large-scale IT projects.
- You have advanced proficiency in UML for functional modeling.
- You bring technical knowledge of XML and database structures.
- You possess a Master or Bachelor degree in Informatics or equivalent professional experience.
- You're an analytical thinker with a highly structured and organized approach to work.
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration.
- You are fluent in Dutch or French.
Nice to Haves
- Knowledge of BPMN, CMMN, or DMN.
- Experience with JSON and Enterprise Architect.
- Understanding of UX/UI principles and experience with Figma.
- Good knowledge of English.
