Business Analyst – CRM Systems (part-time)

Our client, a prominent organization in the public sector, is looking for a specialist to lead the selection and implementation of a new CRM platform. This role involves capturing internal requirements across various departments to provide an evidence-based recommendation on the most suitable technological solution. The professional will manage the transition from initial analysis to the execution of a pilot project, ensuring alignment between business processes and digital tools.

• Analyze internal business requirements by conducting surveys and interviews across various departments.
• Perform functional analysis and compare software solutions such as Salesforce, Teamleader, and Odoo.
• Provide a motivated recommendation for the tool that best aligns with the organizational needs.
• Design and optimize business processes using BPM methodologies to ensure efficient system integration.
• Coordinate project facets including cost estimation, planning, and resource management.
• Set up and oversee a pilot project to validate the chosen solution within specific business units.

• You have 3+ years of experience with CRM applications, specifically Salesforce, Teamleader, or Odoo.
• You possess 3+ years of experience in ICT-related business operations and management.
• You bring proven experience in performing business analysis and functional requirements gathering.
• You have experience with business process management (BPM) and workflow optimization.
• You possess strong project management skills, including planning, coordination, and cost control.
• You're experienced in managing various stakeholders and balancing diverse interests.
• You are fluent in Dutch at a C2 level.
