Construction Contract Manager – Rail Infrastructure & Civil Engineering

Our client, a major player in the transport infrastructure sector, is seeking a professional to oversee complex construction projects. The role focuses on managing contract execution to ensure that infrastructure works are delivered in accordance with technical specifications, safety standards, and budgetary constraints.

• Manage the execution of infrastructure contracts to ensure full compliance with technical requirements and safety protocols.
• Control project delivery timelines and budgets to meet organizational objectives.
• Oversee the technical quality of infrastructure assets and onsite operations.
• Guarantee the safety of personnel on site and ensure the security of active operational traffic.
• Lead and motivate site teams through proactive management and a strong exemplary role.
• Organize site personnel activities and ensure adherence to labor regulations and safety standards.

• You have 5+ years of experience in Civil Engineering, Catenary systems, Signaling, or Track infrastructure.
• You possess 5+ years of experience in Multitechnical Coordination and site management for complex infrastructure projects.
• You bring 5+ years of experience with Public Procurement legislation and contract administration.
• You possess a Master’s degree in Engineering.
• You're capable of maintaining operational autonomy on complex worksites.
• You are proactive and solution-oriented with strong leadership abilities.
• You are fluent in French.
