Validation Coordinator (Cleaning, Equipment & Process)

We are looking for a Validation Engineer to replace a departing specialist and take over ongoing validation activities within a QC environment. The role involves managing complex and high-impact projects with a strong level of autonomy in a small team structure.

You will contribute to a major coordination project involving equipment, decontamination processes, and system requalification, in collaboration with internal teams and external partners

? Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of ongoing validation projects with minimal handover
• Lead and coordinate a large-scale validation program
• Manage autoclave systems, including obsolete/non-functional units
• Support transfer and requalification activities (second project phase)
• Handle Change Controls, CAPA, and revalidation activities
• Update and maintain validation protocols and documentation

• Strong experience in validation (equipment/systems) in regulated environments
• Proven experience with:
  • Autoclaves
  • Cleaning validation
  • Decontamination processes
  • Requalification & transfer activities
• Experience with Change Control, CAPA, and validation lifecycle
• Experience in polio serology is a strong asset
