Test Analyst – Mobile Workforce Management

Our client, a leading organization in the utilities sector, is looking for a professional to strengthen their project team focused on field operations. This role involves shaping and testing mobile applications that support technicians with work order management and asset registration.

• Prepare test data and execute manual functional tests based on predefined scripts.
• Analyze and document test results efficiently within Zephyr for Jira.
• Register defects clearly in Jira and support developers throughout the resolution process.
• Conduct manual testing for individual sub-projects as well as cross-project end-to-end scenarios.
• Support business users during the UAT phase by providing insights from previous testing cycles.
• Escalate technical risks and bottlenecks to the project team in a proactive manner.

• You have 5+ years of experience as a Tester or Test Analyst.
• You bring 3+ years of experience as a Test Specialist and testing Web Applications.
• You possess 1+ years of experience testing Salesforce Field Service Management.
• You have experience testing SAP functionalities within R3 and S/4 HANA.
• You bring experience with formal test methods and end-to-end testing across multiple applications.
• You're experienced in supporting business users during UAT and communicating defects to developers.
• You possess an ISTQB Advanced Test Analyst certification.
• You are proactive, assertive, and solution-oriented.
• You are fluent in Dutch with a C2 level.

Nice to Haves

• Experience working with Jira and Confluence.
• Working knowledge of Agile or Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with AI, agents, or test automation.
• Experience with UI/UX testing.
• Prior experience within the Belgian energy sector.
