Buffer & Media / USP DSP Operational Support Lead

Our client, a leading pharmaceutical organization, is seeking an Operational Support Lead to reinforce its production teams during a period of significant growth. The role focuses on managing documentation, deviation management, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives within a fast-paced GMP environment.

• Participate in daily production meetings to monitor KPIs, safety, and quality.
• Lead daily deviation meetings to review events, classify issues, and assign ownership.
• Perform batch record reviews and manage the end-to-end deviation process.
• Support CAPA and change control activities through regular reviews.
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects and site initiatives.
• Coordinate effectively with stakeholders across both production and quality departments.

• You have 3+ years of experience in a GMP production environment involving Upstream, Downstream, Buffer, or Media.
• You bring hands-on experience in quality assurance activities such as deviation management, CAPA, and change control.
• You possess a strong understanding of pharmaceutical production processes and technical documentation.
• You are proactive, autonomous, and comfortable working in a high-demand, fast-paced setting.
• You bring strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to identify pragmatic remediation actions.
• You are fluent in French with basic knowledge of English.
