RWE Innovation and Solution Expert

Our client, a leading pharmaceutical organization, is seeking an expert in Real-World Evidence to support the design and execution of studies that generate strategic insights for research and development. The project involves empowering data-driven decision-making and contributing to the epidemiological understanding of specific diseases within a modern clinical environment.

• Contribute to the global RWE strategy and tactical plan based on specific patient population requirements.
• Support the design and execution of RWE studies, including protocol development and analysis specifications following methodological standards.
• Implement innovative study designs by identifying new data sources and applying advanced analytics such as causal inference and machine learning.
• Collaborate with external vendors and contractors on specialized projects to ensure successful delivery.
• Provide technical clarifications to analysts regarding protocol implementation and analysis requirements.
• Interpret complex analysis results and communicate findings to internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure the alignment of tactics with the overall program strategy and clinical development plans.

• Master's degree or PhD in epidemiology, pharmacy, biostatistics, data science, public health (or other revelant areas)
• You have experience in conceptualizing and delivering prospective or retrospective observational studies within the pharmaceutical industry, consulting, or academia.
• You bring expertise in causal inference methodologies, including target trial emulation, propensity score methods, and instrumental variable analysis.
• You possess a solid understanding of clinical development, specifically Phase 1 and Phase 2 clinical trials.
• You're a proactive communicator capable of explaining technical analysis to non-technical audiences and influencing stakeholders without direct authority.
• You are fluent in English.
