Senior SAP TM Consultant – Logistics & Advanced Transportation

Our client, a global leader in materials technology and recycling, is seeking a specialist to drive the implementation of advanced logistics solutions. The role focuses on expanding and optimizing transportation management capabilities within an evolving enterprise environment.

• Lead workshops and fit-gap analysis sessions with business and IT stakeholders.
• Configure and test advanced transportation management flows and processes.
• Write detailed functional and technical design documents for specific system developments.
• Support the setup of interfaces with logistics partners and cloud-based business networks.
• Validate integration points between the transportation module and other systems such as warehouse management and global trade services.
• Provide technical support during deployment waves and hypercare phases.

• You have 10+ years of experience with SAP TM integration.
• You possess 7+ years of expertise in SAP TM advanced functionalities, including planning, carrier selection, freight settlement, and charge management.
• You bring 7+ years of experience with Transportation Planning & Optimization (TPO).
• You have a solid understanding of ABAP with the ability to read and interpret code.
• You're proactive, analytical, and comfortable working in an international environment.
• You are fluent in English.

Nice to Haves

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA TM.
• Knowledge of SAP LBN and logistics partner interfaces.
• Experience with SAP Activate or similar project methodologies.
• Familiarity with structured testing methodologies such as FIT, SIT, and UAT.
• Active knowledge of Dutch.
