Senior Project Manager – Cybersecurity & IAM

Our client, a leading organization in the transport and infrastructure sector, is looking for a Senior Project Manager to drive the delivery of critical security initiatives. This hands-on leadership role focuses on the end-to-end execution of security projects within a complex, high-stakes environment. The professional will engage with senior stakeholders to translate strategic requirements into actionable deliverables while ensuring compliance with international standards.

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of security projects to ensure alignment with organizational compliance and business objectives.
• Manage project risks, issues, and changes proactively to resolve obstacles and ensure successful delivery in critical operational environments.
• Collaborate with senior business and IT stakeholders to translate complex requirements into actionable project plans.
• Develop and enforce policies and procedures related to security projects in compliance with standards such as ISO and ITIL.
• Maintain high-quality documentation, reporting, and communication throughout the project lifecycle using specialized management tools.
• Drive continuous improvement in security processes by leveraging industry best practices and governance frameworks.

• You bring 8+ years of experience in Project Management within an IT environment of 20+ years.
• You possess a proven track record of managing large-scale transformation programs with budget oversight exceeding 20M€.
• You have extensive experience delivering Cybersecurity and Identity & Access Management (IAM) projects.
• You're certified in a recognized methodology such as PMI, PMBOK, Prince2, or PM2.
• You have deep knowledge of governance frameworks such as ITIL, COBIT, and ISO standards.
• You possess practical experience with Agile, Scrum, SAFe, and Waterfall or hybrid delivery models.
• You have advanced proficiency with Jira, Confluence, MS Project, and Microsoft 365.
• You possess strong leadership and stakeholder management skills with experience reporting at the executive level.
• You're proactive, results-oriented, and highly organized with a high level of autonomy and integrity.
• You are fluent in Dutch or French at C2 level with C1 level of English.
