IAM Security Officer – SAP Identity Management

Our client, a prominent organization in the transport and infrastructure sector, is looking for an IAM Security Officer to manage core identity and access management systems. This role is essential for maintaining cybersecurity by ensuring that only authorized users access the correct information and applications at the right time.

• Define and document organizational needs for the identity and access management platforms while establishing key performance indicators.
• Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, vendors, and partners contributing to the platform.
• Identify platform improvements and prioritize new features or technical debt based on data and user feedback.
• Oversee technical and operational management of services delivered by external partners to ensure high standards.
• Support audit reviews and perform regular verifications to ensure compliant usage of the platforms.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and ensure alignment with enterprise, system, and solution architecture.
• Collaborate on the development of test scenarios, functional testing, and data cleaning activities.

• 3+ years experience with SAP IDM including development within complex enterprise environments.
• 1+ years experience as an analyst within SAP IDM.
• 1+ years experience as an application owner for Elimity or an equivalent identity visibility platform.
• Bachelor’s degree in Informatics or equivalent professional experience.
• You possess a thorough understanding of large-scale SAP IDM setups and configurations.
• You're able to align technical solutions with enterprise and solution architecture.
• You bring a proactive approach to identifying improvements in customer journeys and platform features.
• You have experience working with technical debt and prioritizing tasks based on data.
• You're comfortable coordinating with external vendors and technical partners.
• You are fluent in English with at least level B2 proficiency.

Nice to Haves

• Experience with other IAM platforms.
• Experience with IT4IT platforms such as ESB.
