SAP Master Data Migration Specialist – S/4HANA & Business Partners

Our client, a major organization in the transport and logistics sector, is looking for a specialist to join their enterprise resource planning team. This role focuses on setting up and coordinating complex data migration projects while acting as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical execution teams.

• Coordinate the end-to-end data migration process for various enterprise solutions within the program.
• Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders, data owners, and technical teams to define requirements.
• Create and validate detailed mapping specifications and complex transformation rules.
• Manage data quality through consolidation, mass processing, and the identification of duplicates.
• Ensure the integration of business partners across various internal and external systems.
• Provide functional and technical application support to resolve incidents and implement changes.

• You bring proven experience with at least one SAP S/4HANA implementation and the setup of SAP Business Partners.
• You possess demonstrated experience with Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes.
• You have hands-on experience in SAP data quality management, specifically in consolidation, mass processing, and cleansing.
• You're able to create and validate mapping specifications and transformation rules.
• You possess the ability to facilitate workshops with business users and technical teams.
• You are fluent in Dutch and French (at least one at C1 level and the other at B2 level) with C1 level knowledge of English.

Nice to Haves

• Experience with end-to-end migration cycles including mock loads and go-live support.
• Experience in Customer-Vendor Integration (CVI) and Material Master migration.
• Knowledge of setting up GDPR processes in SAP.
• Experience using ServiceNow and Jira.
• Ability to explain technical migration concepts to a non-technical audience.
