Senior Product Manager – AI & Digital Transformation

Our client, a leading federal organization in the healthcare sector, is looking for a Senior Product Manager to bridge the gap between strategic ambitions and execution. The role involves managing AI-driven roadmaps and facilitating the active transfer of AI knowledge to internal teams to enhance organizational autonomy.

• Translate complex organizational challenges into clear product roadmaps and actionable strategies.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog in close collaboration with business and development teams.
• Identify AI opportunities and translate them into feasible, high-impact initiatives.
• Facilitate AI knowledge transfer to internal teams and stakeholders in a practical and accessible manner.
• Oversee product quality and validate deliverables while tracking performance based on data and user feedback.

• You possess 8+ years of experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• You have 8+ years of expertise in Product Ownership & Backlog Management.
• You bring 8+ years of experience in Stakeholder Management within complex organizational environments.
• You have 3+ years of experience with AI Knowledge & Applications and AI Knowledge Transfer.
• You possess 3+ years of experience in User Research & Data-Driven Decision-Making within Iterative Product Cycles.
• You have 1+ years of experience working in the Public Sector.
• You're proactive, diplomatic, and solution-oriented with a strong focus on the end-user.
• You are native in Dutch and French with an active knowledge of English.
