Change Management Consultant – Public Safety Digital Transformation

Our client, a prominent organization in the public safety sector, is seeking a Change Management Consultant to lead the adoption of a comprehensive digital platform. This role involves bridging the gap between technological innovation and operational implementation for a diverse workforce of over 2500 employees across multiple locations.

• Translate complex platform functionalities and system updates into clear, targeted communication for various user groups.
• Monitor and improve user adoption rates using data-driven key performance indicators and metrics.
• Identify organizational resistance and transform it into engagement through proactive stakeholder management.
• Develop and implement scalable educational initiatives including e-learning modules and digital learning paths.
• Establish a structured feedback loop between end-users and Product Owners to guide future development.
• Apply pragmatic change management principles to ensure a result-oriented and plan-based implementation.

• 5+ years experience in Change Management and User Adoption within large-scale digital implementation projects.
• 5+ years experience developing course materials and delivering didactic training to diverse target groups.
• Proven experience in designing and facilitating e-learning and digital training programs at scale.
• Practical experience with data-driven adoption tracking and the analysis of key user metrics.
• Technical aptitude for mastering complex, multi-module software applications and translating updates to business logic.
• Strong background in Stakeholder Management and facilitating organizational change.
• You possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent through professional experience.
• You bring excellent communicative and pedagogical skills to bridge the gap between technology and people.
• You are fluent in Dutch at a C2 level.

Nice to Haves

• Experience with Jira and Confluence for project documentation and tracking.
• Professional proficiency in French.
