Lead SAFe 6.0 Implementation Consultant – Enterprise Transformation

Our client, a prominent organization based in Brussels, is seeking a Lead SAFe 6.0 Implementation Consultant to drive their transition to a Lean-Agile enterprise model. The project involves aligning business strategy with IT delivery and establishing sustainable SAFe 6.0 practices across the organization.

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of SAFe 6.0 across the enterprise.
• Design and maintain a transformation roadmap aligned with strategic business priorities.
• Coach executive leadership, senior management, and Agile Release Trains (ARTs) on Lean-Agile mindsets.
• Drive stakeholder engagement and facilitate alignment between business demand and IT delivery teams.
• Establish Lean Portfolio Management (LPM) practices and guide value stream identification.
• Define transformation success metrics and measure progress against strategic goals.

• You have 7+ years of experience in Business Analysis.
• You bring 7+ years of experience in both Internal Communication and External Communication.
• You possess 5+ years of experience in Change & Transformation and Leadership.
• You have 5+ years of experience in Project Management and Business Process Analysis.
• You bring advanced knowledge of SAFe 6.0, Lean Portfolio Management (LPM), and Agile practices.
• You're a Certified SAFe Practice Consultant (SPC).
• You possess a strategic mindset and the ability to translate enterprise strategy into actionable transformation steps.
• You're resilient, adaptable, and comfortable operating in complex, multi-layered environments.
• You are expert in English, Dutch, and French.

• Start date: ASAP.
• Duration: until September 2026.
• Work regime: Full-time.
• Location: Brussels.
• Working model: Hybrid (minimum 2 days per week onsite).
• Contract: open to both permanent employees and freelancers.
