Our client, a leading organization in the utility sector, is looking for a Monitoring & Observability Specialist to reinforce their infrastructure team. The role focuses on managing an enterprise monitoring stack while leading the strategic migration from a Splunk environment to Dynatrace.
Responsabilités
- Manage and optimize monitoring solutions using Splunk Enterprise, Enterprise Security, and IT Service Intelligence.
- Lead the transition and eventual migration of the monitoring platform from Splunk to Dynatrace.
- Configure advanced alerting mechanisms and design comprehensive dashboards to ensure platform health.
- Execute troubleshooting and operational activities within the observability ecosystem.
- Develop and maintain detailed monitoring documentation to support operational continuity.
- Integrate monitoring solutions with vCenter and virtual infrastructure components.
Exigences
- You have 5+ years of experience in the implementation of monitoring requirements using Dynatrace or Splunk.
- You possess experience with the configuration, alerting, and creation of dashboards within enterprise monitoring tools.
- You bring experience in producing and maintaining technical monitoring documentation.
- You're able to work autonomously and take ownership of complex technical tasks.
- You possess strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
- You are fluent in English with fluency in either French or Dutch.
Nice to Haves
- Experience with troubleshooting and operational activities specifically within the Dynatrace context.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and Microsoft Azure environments.
- Experience with monitoring virtual infrastructure such as SDDC, VMware, vRealize Log Insight (VRLI), and vRealize Network Insight (VRNI).
- Possession of a Dynatrace or Splunk certification.
- Fluency in both French and Dutch.
