IAM Platform Owner – ForgeRock & Microsoft Entra ID

Our client, a leading organization in the HR services sector, is looking for an IAM Specialist to take long-term ownership of its identity platform. The role involves managing both customer and workforce identity solutions while bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technical development teams.

• Lead the identity platform end-to-end, covering both customer and workforce identity solutions.
• Collaborate with the development team to manage and prioritize the product backlog and build order.
• Translate business and IT requirements into functional features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of applications in the portfolio, including notification and communication tools.
• Present design choices and strategic plans to diverse groups of stakeholders.
• Monitor platform health and performance through relevant KPIs and technical debt management.

• 3+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM) within complex environments.
• Working experience with both Customer IAM (CIAM) and Workforce IAM systems.
• In-depth knowledge of OIDC, OAuth2, and SAML authentication protocols.
• You possess strong ownership skills and are comfortable presenting to large audiences.
• You are fluent in Dutch.

Nice to Haves

• Hands-on experience with ForgeRock, Ping Identity, or Microsoft Entra ID.
• Experience as a Product Owner or in a role managing roadmaps and backlogs.
• Background in application ownership within large-scale IT environments.
