Civil / Structural Work Coordinator

Our client, a leading global organization in industrial materials and recycling, is seeking a Civil / Structural Work Coordinator. This role is a data-driven position focused on the preparation, planning, and administrative assurance of maintenance and inspection activities for industrial structures and building assets.

• Ensure high-quality preparation, planning, and administrative assurance of civil maintenance and inspection activities.
• Translate defined work into clear assignments for suppliers, including safety conditions, risks, and execution context.
• Plan civil maintenance activities while considering stakeholder availability and asset criticality.
• Coordinate and guide suppliers during maintenance tasks while monitoring quality and safety on the work floor.
• Manage work orders and technical documentation within EAM systems and DMS platforms.
• Request and assess supplier offers for scope conformity, execution conditions, and feasibility.
• Maintain accurate asset data and validate inspection reports for technical accuracy and completeness.

• You have a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Engineering, Civil Engineering, or equivalent.
• You bring 3+ years of experience in civil work coordination, maintenance, or inspections.
• You have experience with work-order management, planning, and technical documentation.
• You possess a practical understanding of safety, risk instructions, and permits in an industrial environment.
• You're highly organized, detail-oriented, and an assertive communicator.
• You are fluent in Dutch and English.

• Experience with EAM systems, DMS platforms, and inspection databases.
• Previous experience coordinating contractors within a large-scale industrial site environment.
• Willingness to obtain a VCA certificate.
