Senior SAP Consultant – PP & QM

Our client, a global leader in materials technology and circular economy solutions, is seeking an expert to lead SAP production initiatives across their international sites. This role focuses on driving end-to-end implementations and aligning complex manufacturing processes with global templates to support sustainable business operations.

• Lead end-to-end SAP implementations including fit-gap analysis, system set-up, and functional design documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between production, logistics, controlling, and procurement.
• Drive the design and execution of manufacturing workflows such as shop floor integration and quality management.
• Manage critical project phases including user acceptance testing, data migration, and go-live support.
• Challenge business requirements to translate complex processes into simple, structured template-based solutions.

• You have 8+ years of experience in functional SAP consultancy within a manufacturing environment.
• You possess 7+ years of experience leading end-to-end SAP implementations from design to go-live support.
• You bring 7+ years of expertise in SAP integration across the Logistics, Controlling, and Procurement domains.
• You have 5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP PE and SAP QM.
• You possess knowledge of SAP PPDS in a manufacturing context.
• You have experience with SAP EWM integration and LIMS systems like Labvantage.
• You bring a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• You're able to simplify complex business processes and communicate them effectively to stakeholders.
• You possess a proactive mindset and the resilience to adapt to changing priorities in an international environment.
• You are fluent in English and French.

Nice to Haves

• Experience with greenfield SAP implementations.
• Ability to debug and troubleshoot SAP issues.
• Relevant SAP certifications.
• Willingness to travel (10-20%) for international project deployments.
• Active knowledge of Polish.

• Duration: project until end of 2026 (extension possible)
• Work regime: Full-time (80% negotiable)
• Location: Antwerp
• Working model: Hybrid (3 days onsite per week)
