Project Manager – ITSM & CMDB Initiatives

Our client, a leading organization in the automotive sector, is seeking a professional to drive the delivery of key IT initiatives. The role focuses on end-to-end project management within a structured environment, specifically targeting service management and configuration database systems.

• Lead IT projects from initiation through to delivery, ensuring scope, timeline, budget, and quality objectives are met.
• Apply project governance, documentation, reporting, and delivery standards based on established methodologies.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to translate requirements into clear delivery plans.
• Manage project teams, risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure solutions are aligned with enterprise standards and long-term IT strategy.
• Maintain a high level of autonomy while working in a structured yet pragmatic way to deliver value.

• You bring 5+ years of experience delivering IT projects within a large enterprise environment.
• You have a strong understanding of ITSM processes and CMDB-driven initiatives.
• You possess the ability to work independently and manage multiple initiatives in parallel.
• You're a strong communicator with proven stakeholder management capabilities.
• You are fluent in English.
